One of the best things about living in Thailand are the inexpensive Thai massages. That's where I headed Sunday evening. My knees and legs were sore and my back was tight. Plus my feet were ready for a good scrubbing.

Chiang Mai Half Marathon 2010
It was awesome! I actually beat my time from 2 years ago. I was happy with 2 hours flat but this year I ran it in 1:52! And I even won 3rd place for my age group. I was really pumped! I think I ran so well because of the cooler weather. The heat always slows me down a bit.

Awesome! 1:52 is a great time. I'm not sure I've beaten that on any of the 1/2's up here. And then, of course, there was my infamous 2:25...
Accomplishment is certainly gratifying, and especially when we do better than we expected. Congrats, Julie.
Congrats on beating your time! Since I'm not a runner, I do want to join you for one of those massages whenever we visit you.
